Whether you are the photographer helping out a client or the client, choosing your outfits for the day of photos can be a stressful time. As a photographer, I have gone to clients home's and pulled out clothes to see what would work and I've looked at pictures taken from a client's phone to show me their ideas on what to wear. What you choose to wear leaves a lasting impression in your photos. A good rule of thumb when pulling outfits together is to think coordinating and not matchy matchy (yes, that's a real term!). So, white shirts and jeans aren't ideal because there isn't a pop of color and everyone looks the same.
